Our maintenance agreements are designed with you, our valued client, in mind. We believe you should have full control over the type of agreement that best suits your company. No business or organization should be forced into cookie-cutter or overly restrictive maintenance agreements with long contractual terms. These types of agreements can lead to complacency and lackluster performance from the servicing company. This is where Interstate Air, Inc. truly stands out.
As our client, you get to choose the terms of the agreement. This includes the duration, types of regular and preventative maintenance to be performed, frequency of services, and scheduling accommodations. We want you to have even more control over your agreement with us.
We have a 30-day Change Clause built into all our agreements. If at any time you need to alter the terms or even cancel the agreement, you can do so within a 30-day window, no questions asked. Remember, the "change clause" is not a 30-day trial period. You can walk away from the agreement at any time and for any reason. Even if that means you need to cancel your agreement altogether, at Interstate Air, Inc., your priorities and needs come first.
